About the Role
We are looking for an ERP Software Solutions Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will support the implementation, administration, and day-to-day use of software solutions, with a particular focus on ERP systems .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP and other business software systems.
- Provide basic technical support to clients and assist in resolving software-related issues.
- Assist with user account setup, system access, and software configuration.
- Support the collection, entry, validation, and maintenance of system data.
- Assist with ERP system testing, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Document system issues, processes, and solutions.
- Assist with user training and orientation on software systems.
- Work with different departments to understand their system requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Prepare basic system reports and assist with data analysis.
- Perform any other IT/software-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge or practical exposure to ERP systems is required.
- Basic understanding of databases, software applications, and IT systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
