Customer Operations Agent France (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the complete customer relationship for assigned customers, working closely with internal stakeholders like Sales and Logistics
- Ensure smooth day-to-day customer operations, including order entry, delivery creation and monitoring of delivery performance
- Monitor delivery targets, identify potential blockers and communicate relevant updates proactively and clearly
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, as well as complaints and claims, ensuring timely and customer-oriented solutions
- Actively manage the order book, monitor payments and outstanding invoices
- Support the Sales team by preparing reports and providing regular updates and forecasts on customer activity
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners by ensuring a high level of service
- Work with customer portals and contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

- First experience in customer operations or similar positions with a strong service orientation
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and the ability to build strong relationships
- Structured and analytical way of working, with strong problem-solving skills and confidence in dealing with figures and data
- Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and take ownership of tasks
- Very good communication skills in English and French
- Confident knowledge of MS Office and SAP
