About this role

Oxylabs is a global leader in web intelligence and proxy infrastructure. Oxylabs Infrastructure Supply is
the side of the business that builds and grows the network behind our products. It runs a portfolio of our
own B2B and B2C products - consumer apps, SaaS tools and platforms - that expand Oxylabs
infrastructure, as well as initiatives that monetise the infrastructure we already have, supported by a
broad ecosystem of partners.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own the full marketing function across this portfolio: the product marketing strategy for each product, the channel teams, the budget, the team structure and the numbers. This is a role for a leader who wants to combine strategic ownership with hands-on commercial work - representing products, meeting partners and personally opening new opportunities alongside the team.

In this role, you’ll:

- Own the marketing strategy for Oxylabs Infrastructure Supply - a portfolio of B2B and B2C internal products used to source our infrastructure: review, challenge and approve product marketing strategies prepared by Product Marketing Managers and ensure they support each product’s growth and efficiency objectives

- Lead and develop the marketing organisation - Product Marketing Managers and the functional channel teams (SEO, Paid, Influencer, Social) - including hiring, performance management, development plans and day-to-day people management

- Design and build effective teams and structure: decide how product marketing and channel teams are organised, how they work together across products, and where to add, merge or re- shape capabilities

- Set marketing KPIs and targets per product and per channel, monitor performance continuously and step in when results deviate from plan

- Own and allocate the marketing budget across products and channels; track spend, efficiency and ROI and re-prioritise investment based on results

- Act as a hands-on leader alongside the team: represent our products externally (partners, industry events, key accounts, communities), and personally open and develop new partnership opportunities

- Build and maintain a regular reporting and review rhythm (weekly / monthly / quarterly) that gives leadership clear, actionable insight into marketing performance

- Ensure strong collaboration between marketing and product, sales / partnerships, and technical teams so that positioning, launches and campaigns are aligned

Your skills & experience:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, leading a team that includes both senior specialists (e.g. Product Marketing Managers) and functional channel teams

- Proven track record of building and approving product marketing strategies that delivered
measurable growth in international / global markets - ideally across more than one product at a time

- Experience owning a sizeable marketing budget across multiple digital channels (SEO, Paid, Influencer, Social) and evaluating channel performance to set priorities

- Experience setting KPIs and running performance management for a multi-team marketing organisation, and shaping team structure as the business grows

- Hands-on commercial experience: representing products to partners or customers, negotiating and closing partnerships

- Strong decision-maker able to re-orient teams and drive execution cross-functionally when priorities change or are ambiguous

- Fluent English (written and spoken); comfortable presenting to leadership and external partners

Nice to have:

- Experience marketing technical products - SaaS, apps, platforms, marketplaces or similar (highly wanted)

- Both B2B and B2C product experience

- Experience with partnership / affiliate / influencer-driven growth models

Salary & Benefits:

- Gross salary: from 6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies

- Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing

- Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app

- Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together

- Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here: https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/
