About this role
Accountabilities:
- Design, prepare, deliver, and evaluate effective IMS training programs tailored to client requirements.
- Deliver engaging training through both face-to-face and virtual formats, adapting delivery methods to different audiences and learning needs.
- Apply a broad range of training and learning styles, techniques, and methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
- Use practical knowledge gained through IMS auditing and training experience to provide relevant, high-quality instruction.
- Work closely with client organizations to understand their requirements and provide appropriate training solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels within client organizations and influence positive learning outcomes.
- Develop innovative training approaches and continuously identify opportunities to improve training design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Support the development of client relationships and proactively identify potential business opportunities aligned with client needs.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations, documentation, and relevant reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain professional training and auditing standards while supporting high-quality client outcomes.
- Travel as required and spend periods away from home to deliver training and support client engagements.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
- Nationally recognized qualification in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Proven experience working as an IMS Auditor.
- Proven experience as a signed-off or authorized trainer, with a demonstrable track record in innovative training design.
- Lead Auditor registration with a recognized professional body.
- Evidence of competency in both face-to-face and virtual training, including a Train the Trainer qualification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of training and learning styles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Engineering academic background is an advantage, particularly in Industrial, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental, Energy, or Nuclear disciplines.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of client organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant business tools.
- Proactive and commercially aware approach, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly and spend time away from home.
