About this role

Accountabilities:

- Manage bank account opening, closing, documentation, reporting, and ongoing administration across global banking relationships.

- Support the addition and removal of authorized bank signatories while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

- Administer banking portal users and conduct periodic user access audits to support appropriate controls and security.

- Manage and monitor bank fees and prepare related reporting.

- Support the integration of bank accounts belonging to acquired companies as part of M&A activities.

- Help ensure treasury activities comply with internal policies, procedures, controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.

- Maintain accurate treasury documentation and records across banking relationships and account structures.

- Work with banking platforms across multiple countries and regions to support day-to-day treasury operations.

- Use Microsoft Office and Excel to manage, analyze, and report treasury-related information.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of corporate treasury experience, with 5+ years preferred for the role.

- Experience managing bank accounts across international markets such as North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia is preferred.

- Hands-on experience administering banking portals across multiple countries or regions.

- Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations, global banking, and cash management.

- Experience with bank signatory management, banking user access, account administration, and treasury controls.

- Familiarity with bank fee management, reporting, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.

- Experience supporting bank account integration following acquisitions or other M&A activities is valuable.

- Experience with banking platforms such as HSBCnet, BofA CashPro, SVB, and PNC is preferred.

- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling financial documentation and compliance requirements.

- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with teams and banking partners across different regions.

- Availability to work during EST hours.
