Construction Planning Manager

### Job Title: Construction Planning Manager
Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
Project: PgMC – APCRDA
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

Key Responsibilities

- ### Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules, milestones, and project plans.
- ### Track project progress against approved baseline schedules and targets.
- ### Identify delays, critical activities, risks, and schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- ### Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports and project updates.
- ### Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives for progress data and planning activities.
- ### Review construction programmes, work plans, resource requirements, and recovery schedules.
- ### Maintain project planning dashboards, MIS, and progress records.
- ### Support project review meetings, presentations, and management reporting.
- ### Ensure timely updating of project schedules and monitoring of planned vs. actual progress.

Experience & Skills

- ### 5–8 years of experience in Construction Planning, Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls .
- ### Experience in infrastructure, urban development, or government projects.
- ### Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
- ### Good understanding of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.
- ### Experience in preparing baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans .
- ### Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- ### Experience in Smart City / Urban Development / Government infrastructure projects will be preferred.
