8-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Quality Assurance across enterprise applications.Strong expertise in API testing and automation using REST/SOAP services.Hands-on experience in UI automation using Selenium or similar frameworks.Proficient in developing automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript .Experience in functional, integration, regression, system, API, and end-to-end testing .Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Continuous Testing, Shift-Left Testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies .Expertise in SQL/database validation , JSON, XML, web services, and microservices architecture.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry.Knowledge of Splunk and production monitoring tools for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI-driven Quality Engineering , including GitHub Copilot for test case creation, automation scripting, defect analysis, intelligent test prioritization, and productivity improvement.Understanding of AI/ML application testing , model validation, data quality, accuracy, reliability, and edge-case testing.Experience defining QA metrics, quality gates, defect management, and release-readiness criteria .Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in banking/financial domain applications is preferred.
