As a Senior Architect (m/f/d), you are responsible for the management and execution of architecture-specific project tasks within larger construction projects. You ensure that deadlines and budgets within your area of responsibility are met and guarantee effective project execution on site.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Responsibility for on-site project execution: Independently lead and coordinate projects in the fields of architecture and infrastructure for high-tech facilities.
- Coordination and leadership in the planning and implementation of all project phases in collaboration with external partners and service providers.
- Change management: Review and process changes, including the assessment of costs and schedules, and coordination with the involved parties.
- Management and control of approval processes: Assist in coordinating and overseeing all necessary approval procedures and processes within the project execution framework.
- On-site presence: Ensure regular presence on site to guarantee effective project execution and communication.

## Show your expertise

- Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience with projects of high technical complexity in the construction or infrastructure sector in German-speaking regions.
- Experience in all project phases with a focus on execution planning, tendering, and construction supervision.
- Extensive knowledge in change management and approval processes.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Structured and reliable working style, willingness to work, and excellent communication skills.
