Nestled within expansive landscaped gardens, Hill House is a welcoming care home catering to the diverse needs of 24 adults with physical and learning disabilities. Situated a mere stroll away from the vibrant hub of Sandbach in Cheshire, residents enjoy convenient access to local amenities such as shops, pubs, and restaurants. The proximity to Sandbach Park and the Brereton Heath Local Nature Reserve offers opportunities for serene outings in nature.
Your working hours
We offer occasional hours to cover in the absence of the Team Leader.
You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

What you’ll do
* Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
* Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
* Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
* Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
* Step in to provide hands-on care and administer medication when needed
What helps you shine here
* Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
* A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)
* Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others
* Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on-call rota
