Available Shifts:
- M/W/F - 8am-1pm or hours may vary
Our Floor Technicians Will:
- Perform commercial cleaning duties in nursing home setting
- Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
- Strip, wax, and polish floors
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop hard surface floors
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
We Require our Floor Technician to have:
- Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods is a plus
- Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects, if required
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients
