Job Summary:

Assists the Linen/EVS Leadership Team by planning, coordinating and guiding daily activities of the Linen Department in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Other information:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

A minimum of 1 year of linen/laundry or EVS experience is required.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

A minimum of 3 years of previous hospital/healthcare cleaning experience is preferred.

EDUCATION PREFERRED:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Knowledge of EVS or Linen Department techniques and computer functions. Ability to follow policy and procedures. Ability to learn, understand, and instruct others in the use of linen processes and tools along with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word. Familiarity with tablet devices is helpful.
