Job Title: Electrical Controls Engineer Job Description
This role involves leading the full product lifecycle of MCC burn-in systems by designing and automating industrial electromechanical systems. You will customize power delivery and machine control architectures to meet customer expectations, produce schematics, develop automation solutions, select machine control hardware, create design verifications, and troubleshoot with Production and Purchasing to resolve issues.

- Create design verifications and conduct troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with Production and Purchasing to resolve technical issues.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial system design and power control.
- Hands-on experience with industrial power systems.
- Experience with automation of industrial electromechanical systems.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
- Experience designing and developing electromechanical assemblies.
- Experience with international low voltage (<600VAC) power systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Electrical Safety Standards (e.g., NFPA 79, NFPA 70, IEC, SEMI S22, UL508).
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and Manufacturing Systems.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, or similar).
- Experience supporting machine commissioning and industrial automation startup.
- Familiarity with industrial robotics, motion control, or vision systems.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role with occasional travel up to 20%. The position offers opportunities for growth within the semiconductor industry.

This is a Permanent position based out of Arden Hills, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
