- You solve problems quickly and communicate clearly. Silence creates confusion. Leadership creates direction.
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active, outdoor environment and willing to be present where the work happens.
- Prior management experience in car wash, retail, restaurant, service, or field operations preferred. A track record of ownership matters more than a specific industry.

Base Pay Range
$34,100.00 - $75,200.00
