💼 The Role

This is a true account management role built around quality, not volume.

You’ll focus on:

- Strategic headhunting and deep candidate engagement
- Working with passive candidates in niche Defence markets
- Market mapping and targeted outreach
- Intelligent qualification – not high‑volume CV sending
- Building trusted, advisory‑led relationships
- Running candidate‑led BD alongside the consultant

You’ll be supported, trusted, and given space to do recruitment properly.
