About the role

We’re looking for friendly, confident Event Assistants to help deliver our shows and create a great experience for every guest.

As part of the event team, you’ll be the welcoming face of Candlelight — greeting visitors, helping them find their way, and making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the event.

What you’ll do 🧑‍💼

- Welcome and assist guests
- Check tickets and provide information
- Drinks pouring
- Help manage the flow of visitors
- Support the event team with set-up and pack-down
- Help resolve any questions or issues during the event
- Make sure guests feel welcome and have a great experience

- Calm and proactive in a busy environment
- Available to work evenings and weekends

Previous events or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. A great attitude and willingness to get stuck in are what matter most.
