Job Summary:

Are you a compassionate relationship-builder who also knows how to close? St. Agnes Home is seeking a warm, confident, and results-driven Admissions Director to help grow our community.

In this role, you will be the face of our community for prospective residents and their families. You will manage the entire enrollment pipeline—connecting genuinely with families, conducting engaging tours, confidently asking for the move-in, and providing exceptional follow-up from the initial inquiry through successful admission.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Guide families seamlessly through the inquiry, tour, and admission process.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, empathetic connections with prospective residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Community Tours: Conduct engaging, informative tours that highlight our exceptional care and community life.
Sales Execution: Confidently ask for the move-in and overcome objections with empathy and persistence.
CRM Tracking: Manage and document multiple inquiries, leads, and follow-ups efficiently.
Administration: Maintain highly organized records and coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams for smooth transitions.

Experience: Proven track record in admissions, senior living sales, or a related healthcare relationship-management role.
Software Skills: Experience with Align or similar senior living CRM/admissions software is preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and organizational capabilities.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
