About this role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the GHWE KL team.
- Manage NPI/NTI Test Hardware projects and ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive project execution, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Manage hardware suppliers and monitor schedule, quality, cost, and performance.
- Lead supplier selection and sourcing activities.
- Coordinate with BL, GNTC, Procurement, Quality, and manufacturing sites.
- Oversee FTK (Full Turnkey) project deployment and execution.
- Ensure compliance with GHWE processes, HRS, and ARAS.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
- Provide project status updates and support management escalations when required.
Requirements
Technical
- Strong knowledge of Test Hardware solutions (PCB, Load Board, Probe Card, Socket).
- Understanding of NPI/NTI processes and hardware development flow.
- Experience with supplier qualification and technical reviews.
- Familiarity with ARAS, HRS, and hardware release processes.
