Overview
Position: Centralized Scheduler - (Hybrid working environment)
Location: 1050 Wall Street West Lyndhurst, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weeklyCompensation: $19.50-$22 hourly depending on years of experience

Must have the ability to effectively manage high-volume phone and email correspondence in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the capacity to quickly master new processes and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional multitasking abilities necessary to schedule patients at the outpatient satellite centers
- Works collaboratively with the CBO, center staff, third party payer representatives, patients, physicians and their office staff to ensure accurate patient scheduling
- Exhibiting excellence in customer service
- Provides excellent customer service through all phone interactions
- Ensuring an overall excellent patient experience
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in various computer applications/programs required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Previous experience within a healthcare customer service setting preferred
- Answering heavy volume phone calls experience preferred
