Job Description:

The Floor Attendant, under the direction of the Public Space Supervisor,   is responsible for   maintaining   clean and attractive public and employee areas within the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Deep clean, sanitize, and   maintain   attractive front and back of house spaces

- In observation or safety requirements, services assigned areas using provided chemicals and equipment according to established procedures

- Perform other duties associated with public area housekeeping as assigned

- Operate and keep clean equipment, which is used for sweeping, vacuuming, brushing, polishing, and more

- Follow internal procedures for signing in and out equipment, radios, and master keys

- Provide excellent customer service for our internal and external guests

- Take responsibility for the cleanliness of public spaces

- Recognize and respond to spills or other calls which require immediate attention

- Use wet floor signs to ensure guest and employee safety around wet areas, spills, or other cleaning

- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying   appropriate managers   of concerns and observations

- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.

- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations

- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent is preferred

- Previous   cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals is preferred

- Must   possess   outstanding guest service skills

- Must be detail oriented

- Must have   high standards   of cleanliness

- Must conduct yourself   in accordance with   all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida and departmental policies and procedures

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.

- Ability to walk distances.

- Ability to lift 30 to 40 lbs.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is   frequently   required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms,   talk   or hear; and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth   perception   and ability to adjust focus.

- The Casino environment is hectic,   fast- paced   and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors   including, but   not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to   general   public.
