What You'll Do
As a Commercial Journeyman Plumber, you'll lead commercial plumbing installations on a variety of projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead commercial plumbing projects ranging from $30,000 to $800,000
- Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction, remodel, retrofit, and tenant improvement projects
- Supervise, mentor, and train apprentice plumbers
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, project managers, and other trades
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company quality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
- Perform daily job planning and material coordination
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition
