We are a professional, full-service landscape company specializing in  landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscape installations, and enhancement projects . We are seeking knowledgeable, dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy working outdoors, wanting to grow with a company and take pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine landscape bed maintenance including pruning, weeding, hedging, and clean-up
- Assist with enhancement projects such as bark installation, planting, gravel installation, and seasonal landscape improvements
- Interact professionally with property owners and managers
- Safely operate landscape equipment and hand tools
- Follow direction from Crew Leads while maintaining company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

- Landscape, lawn maintenance, or grounds maintenance experience preferred (training available)
- Valid Washington Driver's License required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work
- Must be 18 years or older

Pay & Benefits

- $22–$25 per hour DOE
- Full-time positions available
- Monday–Thursday schedule (some Fridays during peak season)
