What Youll Do

- Support the Executive Chef & fellow Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and leadership

- Assist with supervising, training, and developing culinary team members

- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution

- Contribute to menu planning across la carte dining, events, and specialty functions

- Manage inventory, food cost controls, and daily raw cost tracking

- Expedite during peak service to maintain standards and flow

- Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and organization standards

- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and kitchen administration

- Work any station as needed—this is a hands-on leadership role

What Were Looking For

- Proven Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook ready to step up

- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen

- Strong understanding of food cost control, prep systems, and execution timing

- Passion for presentation, consistency, and member experience

- Solid knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards

Qualifications

- Culinary degree, ACF certification, or equivalent experience preferred

- 2+ years kitchen supervisory experience preferred

- 3+ years total kitchen experience (including lead line role)
