About this role
Turn complex opportunities into compelling stories that help us win.
At Quest Analytics, we help healthcare organizations solve complex challenges and how we communicate that value to each individual buyer matters.
We’re looking for a Sales Revenue Enablement Specialist who can connect the dots between what our solutions do, what our customers need, and how we tell that story in a way that resonates.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of Sales and Marketing. You’ll own and support some of the most important content tied directly to revenue from complex RFPs and proposals to customized presentations and opportunity-specific messaging.
Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who sees an opportunity to make the function better. You’ll help us build the content libraries, workflows, tools, and AI-enabled processes that allow our teams to work smarter, move faster, and deliver consistently strong materials at scale.
What You'll Do:
Build the Quest Analytics Story
Lead our content and thought leadership strategy across enterprise network intelligence, provider data accuracy, compliance analytics, network management, and the evolving healthcare landscape.
You’ll translate complex topics and internal expertise into compelling stories that resonate with healthcare executives and decision-makers across articles, white papers, case studies, webinars, email campaigns, digital experiences, and social content.
You’ll also help establish and protect a consistent, differentiated Quest Analytics brand voice across channels.
Own the Content Engine
Build and manage an integrated content and editorial calendar that connects business priorities, campaigns, thought leadership, events, social media, and demand generation.
You’ll identify opportunities to create meaningful new content while finding smarter ways to extend high-performing content across channels, audiences, and formats.
In partnership with Marketing and teams across the organization, you’ll:
- Develop marketing plans designed to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Translate campaign strategies into clear content plans, deliverables, owners, and timelines.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the Quest Analytics website through landing pages, blogs, resources, thought leadership, SEO/AEO optimization, and improved user experiences.
- Collaborate with Social Media to expand our presence, grow relevant audiences, and increase engagement.
- Partner with the Events team to connect conferences and events to broader campaigns and content strategies.
- Support and optimize paid digital campaigns across SEM, programmatic, and social channels with a focus on measurable performance and ROI.
Assist the Team & the Work
Provide day-to-day team leadership across a content team spanning social media, video production, and marketing project management.
You’ll create clarity around priorities, help the team balance competing demands, remove roadblocks, and ensure work meets a high creative and editorial standard.
You’ll:
- Develop project timelines, assignments, and priorities across internal teams, contractors, agencies, and vendors.
- Coach team members and foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, accountability, and professional growth.
- Establish and track annual KPIs and ensure key projects and deliverables stay on track.
- Manage external contractors and vendors, including project scoping, briefing, contracted hours, budgets, deliverables, and performance.
- Communicate priorities, milestones, budget considerations, and risks between Marketing leadership and the broader team.
- Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to create accurate, differentiated, and on-brand campaigns and content.
Help Build an AI-Forward Marketing Organization
AI isn’t an add-on to this role, it’s part of the job.
You’ll partner with the VP of Marketing to move the team from individual AI experimentation to a scalable operating model where AI is thoughtfully embedded throughout the marketing workflow.
The goal isn’t simply to use AI to work faster. It’s to identify where AI can help us think differently, improve quality, increase capacity, and create better marketing.
You’ll explore how Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging AI technologies can enhance:
- Research and content development
- Thought leadership ideation
- Content repurposing and cross-platform production
- Campaign development and iteration
- ICP and audience targeting
- SEO and AEO strategies
- Performance analysis
- Workflow automation
- Team productivity and capacity
You’ll continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities, test new approaches, and turn successful experiments into documented workflows, standards, and repeatable practices the broader team can adopt.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or 8+ years of equivalent B2B marketing experience in lieu of a degree.
- 7+ years of professional writing and B2B content marketing experience, with demonstrated strength across long-form thought leadership, articles, case studies, email campaigns, web content, and social copy.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing integrated content and editorial calendars across multiple channels and formats.
- Strong editorial judgment and the ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling stories for executive audiences.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content and productivity tools, including Claude and Microsoft Copilot .
- Experience creating, testing, and documenting AI-assisted workflows, not simply using AI for one-off content generation.
- Knowledge of SEO and AEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance measurement using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing contractors, agencies, and other external partners, including scoping, briefing, budget management, and performance feedback.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, listening, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to provide direction, feedback, and accountability while helping others grow.
