Arlington Ridge Golf Club is looking for a dependable, energetic Golf Cart & Outside Operations Associate to join our team.
This is the role many golfers know as the cart staff or outside services team — helping manage the golf cart operation, driving range, guest assistance, tournament setup, and the day-to-day outside operation of the golf course.
This is a part-time, entry-level position averaging approximately 15–25 hours per week .
Previous golf-course experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who works hard, communicates well, enjoys being around people, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Stage, clean, charge and organize golf carts for daily play
- Maintain the cart staging area and surrounding guest areas
- Collect and organize range balls and help keep the practice area ready for play
- Assist with tournament and outing setup
- Help with player starts and golf traffic when needed
- Communicate with the Pro Shop and other golf operations staff throughout the day
- Provide friendly, helpful service to members and guests
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep the outside operation running smoothly

Golf knowledge is helpful, but not required. We can teach the operation to someone who brings a strong work ethic and the right attitude.

Compensation & Schedule
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Part-Time: Approximately 15–25 hours per week
Golf is a seven-day-a-week business, so availability for a combination of early mornings, weekends and some holidays is important.
While this position is currently part-time, there may be opportunities for additional hours or future full-time employment as business needs evolve. Full-time employment is not guaranteed.
