About this role

Accountabilities

- Own the evolution of go-to-market processes, systems, workflows, and data models, acting as a process and systems leader.

- Identify opportunities to introduce new processes and optimize existing technologies, methodologies, and workflows to improve efficiency and simplify the user experience.

- Lead business and functional requirements gathering, defining scope, priorities, and solution objectives.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical designs.

- Manage business-system intake and troubleshooting, ensuring issues and requests are addressed effectively and within appropriate timelines.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and optimization of go-to-market processes and workflows within Salesforce.

- Drive initiatives involving lead management, account management, opportunity management, partner relationship management, and related commercial processes.

- Support critical production issues when required, including outside standard working hours when business needs demand it.

Requirements

- 8–10 years of professional IT experience, with a strong background in software development and systems.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, particularly Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

- Proven experience leading system implementations, agile project delivery, and complex data flows.

- Strong experience implementing top-of-funnel processes, including lead, account, and partner relationship management.

- Demonstrated ability to design and manage complex account, opportunity, and partner management processes.

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to improve outcomes within a business function.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move effectively between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to gathering requirements and delivering solutions.

- High ownership, integrity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud certification, or substantial direct implementation experience, is a strong advantage.

- Ability and willingness to support business-critical production issues on a 24/7 basis when necessary.
