Radfield Home Care Bexhill, Hastings and Battle is an award-winning, private home care provider specialising in high-quality care for older people. Our Home Care Assistants support our clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

Working Hours

- Service operates 7am–10pm, seven days a week (with some night work available)
- Morning shifts: 7am–2pm
- Evening shifts: 4pm–10pm
- Opportunities available for morning and evening workers
- All staff work altnerate weekends

Car driver essential for this role due to all our clients living in their own homes.

No Experience Required

You do not need previous experience to become a Home Care Assistant. All we ask is that you have a caring nature, a desire to support others, and a commitment to helping people live independently in their own homes. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
