Summary
Job Description:
Nurse Assistant Tele/Progressive Unit
Part Time, 24 hours weekly
0700-1930
Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.
Essential Duties:
- Personal hygiene
- Routine vital signs
- Routine care
- Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice
Preferred Requirements:
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program/SRNA
