At CourtAvenue, you will be a part of a culture powered by entrepreneurs, technologists, data scientists and the habitually restless dedicated and energized to design products and services that transform businesses while optimizing them for growth. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a culture that values innovation while focusing on redesigning the experience between consumer and service (or product) by leveraging a fluid, seamless, and thoroughly transparent engagement.

Responsibilities

- Own the day-to-day management of projects and platform programs, from initiation through implementation and deployment

- Ensure controls are followed, with the highest quality deliverables and milestones met

- Effectively balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to manage risk and pre-empt issues

- Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, while also managing creative and strategy workstreams that operate on waterfall timelines

- Support development teams in Jira, maintaining tickets, reviewing deliverables before client-facing delivery, and holding the team to quality standards

- Write scopes and Statements of Work that outline the work and define the delivery team needed to best meet and exceed client objectives

- Lead, mentor, and grow project managers and producers to foster a highly effective and successful team

- Collaborate with Account Management, Technical teams, and Creative leads to provide strategic delivery insight for client roadmaps and briefings

- Create integrated timelines across agency, client, and third-party stakeholder teams, including platform programs spanning CMS, DAM, and personalization implementations

- Evaluate and improve delivery practices and methodology across the practice

- Manage multiple client engagements across different industries and practice areas, adapting delivery approach to each account’s context

- Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative ‘one team’ approach to meet program outcomes while exceeding client expectations

- Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives to secure a pipeline of work for the broader practice

- Clarify strategic requirements, manage expectations, and communicate roadblocks and resolutions to ensure key deadlines are met

Requirements

- 7–9 years of experience in technical/digital project management or program management, with a consistent track record of managing platform builds end to end

- Prior experience managing technical or platform-based digital programs is required; this role is not a fit for candidates whose background is solely creative or strategy engagements

- Agency experience is required; the multi-account, multi-client pace of agency delivery is central to this role

- Understanding of agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum, and experience running or working with agile teams; working familiarity with waterfall timelines for creative and strategy workstreams

- Direct experience managing digital platform implementations such as CMS, DAM, CRM, or marketing automation tools in a delivery context

- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, write scopes and Statements of Work, and have direct conversations with clients about trade-offs and constraints

- Proficiency with Jira for board management; Google Workspace and standard project documentation tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate succinctly across a wide range of positions, personalities, and roles, internally and externally

- Comfortable managing concurrent client engagements across different industries and account types, ramping quickly into new verticals, including regulated or compliance-sensitive environments such as healthcare, without needing deep vertical specialization

- Prior delivery experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Contentful, or Optimizely

- Excellence in organization and problem-solving; skilled at resolving issues at all project levels while supporting colleagues and clients

- Demonstrable ability to operate under tight deadlines
