What You’ll Do

- Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service to guests
- Greet guests, present menus, and communicate daily specials
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Monitor guest experience and respond promptly to requests
- Set and reset tables according to restaurant standards
- Perform side work and maintain clean, organized service stations
- Stock supplies including condiments, tableware, and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining area
- Support team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Previous server or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems preferred
- Knowledge of wine and food pairings is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting and carrying of trays (up to 25 lbs, occasionally more)
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift

Work Environment

- Indoor and outdoor restaurant setting
- Moderate to loud noise levels during peak service
- High-volume, guest-focused environment
