Position Summary
Credence has an immediate need for a Course Manager (Housing) who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Civil Engineer School (CE School) at AFIT delivers professional continuing education to over 10,000 military and civilian personnel annually, including newly commissioned Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) 32E civil engineer officers and newly hired civil engineer civilians. The school focuses on technical, environmental, and engineering management instruction, supporting both home station and contingency operations. Courses are offered worldwide through in-residence classes at Wright-Patterson AFB, online, live broadcast, on-site at military installations, and distance learning from an in-house broadcast studio
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Manage enrollments, create attendance rosters, produce graduation certificates, and fulfill transcript requests.
- Manage student enrollments in SIS/SLcM and LMS, including troubleshooting and resolving student access issues within SLcM and LMS.
- Ensure course completion records necessary for system access authorization are provided to the responsible authorities upon course completion and when requested.
- Manage registration or course management-related issues during the development and deployment of courses.
- Document organization-specific processes, roles, and responsibilities derived from PWS requirements to maintain continuity of required actions and deliverables and support knowledge transfer to a successor contractor or Government representative.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Are you a U.S. Citizen and able to meet this requirement?
- BS/BA degree in Education, Management, or a related discipline.
- Five years of experience in education management.
- Proficiency with SIS/SLcM and LMS, including Canvas.
- Skill Level: Hybrid | Tier 1.
