Job Title :
Engineering Internship Program

Work Schedule:
Onsite – Dublin, IRL
## Engineering Support

- Support engineering projects related to product development, testing, manufacturing, and process improvement activities.
- Assist with research, design, development, and evaluation of products, components, and assemblies.
- Participate in prototype design, testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly activities.
- Support engineering investigations and root cause analysis activities.
- Assist in analysing engineering data and preparing reports and recommendations.

Product Development & Testing

- Support the testing and validation of new and existing products, components, and assemblies.
- Assist with the development and execution of test plans and procedures.
- Participate in reliability, performance, and functional testing activities.
- Support engineering teams in the transition of products from development into production readiness.
- Assist in tracking and documenting testing activities and results.

Technical Documentation & Continuous Improvement

- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, reports, and work instructions.
- Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Compliance teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure activities are performed in accordance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline such as: Aerospace Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Manufacturing Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Mechatronics Engineering; Industrial Engineering; or a related Engineering discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a professional environment.
- Full driving licence and ability to reliably commute to Ballyboughal, North County Dublin.

Desirable

- Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and concepts gained through academic studies.
- Exposure to CAD software, engineering design tools, or data analysis software.
- Experience through university projects, engineering competitions, or previous internships.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of aerospace, aviation, or highly regulated engineering environments.
- Familiarity with engineering testing and validation activities.
- Experience preparing technical reports and presentations.
