POSITION TITLE: Barista

EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager

DEPARTMENT: Dining Division

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Barista, youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality beverages, serving fresh food, and creating positive customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to company standards
Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
Accurately take orders and handle cash or POS transactions
Support team operations to ensure smooth and timely service
Stay knowledgeable on menu items and provide recommendations to guests
