Responsibilities

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Oversee development, maintenance and optimization of Mid-Market and Strategic territories for all applicable sales roles

- Collaborate with sales leaders to review, refine and plan new territories, engaging daily at multiple levels to drive results

- Administer territory strategies in alignment with Spectrum’s sales rules of engagement, ensuring effective coverage and balanced assignments

- Audit and review account designations with sales representatives, managing active account assignments and coordinating account merges and associations

- Generate routine and ad hoc reports that provide analytics and insights on assigned territories to inform decision-making

- Support strategic planning and sales initiatives using territory optimization software to analyze and implement territory changes

- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve data integrity and support territory management requests within the sales CRM

Working Conditions

- Office-based environment

- Some travel as needed

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in sciences, arts, or equivalent

Experience

- 3+ years in sales or business operations

- 1+ years working with sales CRM systems such as Salesforce or Siebel

Skills

- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

- Proficient in Excel and extensive experience with large data sets

- Strong project management skills

- Strong relationship management skills

- Knowledge of CRM systems

- Working knowledge of U.S. geography and demographics

- Ability to categorize businesses by enterprise vertical accurately

- Strong execution on short timeframes and due date-driven projects and monthly deliverables
