Under the direction of the General Sales/ Service Director, the Custodian/Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned properties and common areas. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include general cleaning and sanitizing, floor care, trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining clean and organized common areas.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or professional cleaning experience preferred
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products, or willingness to learn
