Baptist Medical Center is excited to welcome a Cardiac Echo Sonographer to join our F loat Pool at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville!  This is a PRN, Varied Shifts opportunity.  This position will be based at various Baptist Health locations.

This Cardiac Echo Sonographer must be comfortable working at up to 3 campuses. The Float team at Baptist Health is a dynamic team of professionals making an impact in the world of imaging. Cardiac Echo Sonographer Responsibilities:

- Performing high-quality diagnostic examinations of the heart using advanced ultrasound techniques, ensuring accurate imaging and reporting.
- Collaborating with cardiologists and other healthcare providers to support patient care and treatment decisions
- Providing cross-coverage and as-needed back-up support to other non-invasive areas of the Cardiac Department to maintain seamless operations
- Delivering compassionate patient care by preparing and educating patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
- Maintaining equipment, documenting procedures accurately, and adhering to department protocols and quality standards

Experience Requirements:

- 1-2 years Cardiac Echo Sonography Experience Required

Education & Credential Requirements:

- Vocational School or Associate's Degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

*If hired, must obtain  Adult Echo Credentials through either ARDMS or CCI within 18 months of hire.
