Job Title: Service Coordinator About the Role We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support daily service operations by managing incoming requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring customers receive timely service. This role serves as a key point of contact for technicians, customers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate service records and work orders.

Responsibilities

- Review and prioritize incoming service requests.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and service needs.
- Monitor schedules and adjust assignments as priorities change.
- Communicate with customers and technicians regarding appointments and service updates.
- Create and maintain work orders in service management systems.
- Track job status, service completion, and response times.
- Escalate scheduling issues or service concerns when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer, service, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate emergency, maintenance, and follow-up service appointments.
- Assist with reporting and administrative support tasks.

Qualifications

- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or service coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with dispatch, scheduling, CRM, or service management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and maintain accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Associate degree preferred but not required.

Work Environment

Office-based role with regular interaction by phone, email, and service management systems. Standard business hours with occasional schedule adjustments based on service needs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
