NIGHTTIME CUSTODIAL SPECIALIST

PAY RANGE: $14.21 - $17.05 per hour (depends on experience)
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday: 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM

JOB SUMMARY
Lehi City is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our custodial team at the new Lehi City Civic Center. This nighttime position is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment through detailed and deep-cleaning tasks that support daily operations and public use of the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Perform a variety of custodial, detail, and deep-cleaning duties throughout the Civic Center.
- Operate light and heavy custodial equipment to maintain overall building cleanliness.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, meeting rooms, offices, and public spaces.
- Complete detailed cleaning tasks during late-night hours, including floor care, surface detailing, and high-touch area sanitation.
- Use cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and in accordance with established procedures.
- Follow direction from supervisors while also working independently to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist in maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for staff and the public .
Minimum Qualifications :
- Ability to operate custodial equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work evenings without interruption.
- Ability to work well with supervisors, co-workers, and the public.
- Must pass a BCI (background) check.
Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.
