Te Tūranga - The Role
We are looking for a organised and customer focused Logistics Coordinator to join our team supporting effective delivery of logistics, order management and administrative activities.
This role roles works with our Engineering teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring sales orders, shipment information, licensing administration and supporting documentation are managed accurately and efficiently.
Acting as a key point of contact for internal customers, you'll help coordinate information, support day-to-day logistics activities, and contribute to the smooth delivery of products and services.
This role is ideal for someone with some experience in logistics, administration, customer service, or supply chain coordination who is looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring the right information gets to the right people at the right time.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate logistics activities and shipment information to support timely delivery outcomes.
- Process internal sales orders and maintain accurate records across relevant systems.
- Provide responsive support to internal customers and stakeholders, resolving enquiries and coordinating information.
- Administer software licensing, product credits, and associated reporting.
- Prepare and maintain delivery, shipment, and project documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

With excellent organisational skills and a customer-first mindset, you take pride in delivering accurate, timely support and finding ways to improve how work gets done.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, administration, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
