What Youll Do
- Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT
- Provide physical therapy services in patients homes
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Coordinate visits directly with patients and families
- Document progress and communicate with the supervising PT
- Provide care to pediatric and adult patients with a variety of needs
What Youll Need
- Active, unrestricted Texas PTA license
- 1+ year of experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage patient visits
