What You'll Do
- Lead the design, technical development, and delivery of healthcare and complex commercial projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing creative solutions.
- Guide projects from early planning through construction administration.
- Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents using Revit.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Drive quality control, technical excellence, and project performance throughout all phases.
- Mentor and support junior architects while fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Participate in client presentations, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep teams aligned and projects moving forward.
What You Bring
✔ Licensed Architect (Required) ✔ 8+ years of architectural experience with progressive project leadership ✔ Healthcare project experience preferred, though other large-scale project experience will be considered ✔ Advanced Revit proficiency ✔ Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and technical documentation ✔ Experience leading projects through construction administration ✔ Proven ability to manage clients, consultants, and project teams ✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills ✔ SketchUp, 3D visualization, LEED, or sustainability experience is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
