What You'll Do

- Lead projects through all phases of planning, design, and construction
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall project performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and client presentations
- Ensure project quality through strong QA/QC processes and technical oversight
- Collaborate with operational, accounting, and business leadership to support project success
- Mentor and develop project team members while fostering a collaborative culture
- Support business development efforts and help expand client relationships
- Drive project delivery while balancing schedules, budgets, project goals, and team priorities

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture ✔ Registered Architect (RA) ✔ 12+ years of architectural experience ✔ 5+ years of project management experience ✔ Proven success leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams ✔ Strong client relationship, communication, and leadership skills ✔ Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing large-scale commercial, institutional, mixed-use, civic, or campus projects
- LEED Accreditation or sustainable design experience
- PMP Certification
- Experience mentoring and leading project teams
- Passion for collaboration and contributing to an employee-owned culture

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $64.90/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
