About this role
Essential Functions :
- Creates custom websites through application of HTML/CSS and theme frameworks using content management systems (CMS), including but not limited to Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress.
- Builds, updates, and maintains responsive websites and landing pages using WordPress, Elementor Pro, and other similar applications.
- Creates and modifies page layouts, templates, forms, headers, footers, and reusable website elements.
- Translates designs and business requirements into functional user-friendly web pages.
- Optimizes websites for mobile responsiveness, performance, accessibility, UX, and SEO.
- Troubleshoots website, CMS, browser, and front-end issues.
- Maintains company websites and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborates with marketing and cross-functional teams on campaigns and website projects.
- Uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization and troubleshooting.
- Recommends improvements to website structure, templates, functionality, and workflows.
- Modifies website templates within WordPress utilizing best practices for website structure and development.
- Identifies and suggests alternative design concepts or website themes.
- Develops website content, graphics, and other visual imagery, coordinating with marketing cross-functional teams to ensure brand and messaging consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimizes custom website graphic elements and iconography as required by project to ensure capability with modern technology and devices.
- Manages and maintains the company’s e-commerce site (e.g., Shopify) including administering themes, managing and updating product information, managing and exploring plug-ins, and troubleshooting.
- Creates marketing emails using custom HTML or by leveraging existing HTML templates.
- Engages with cross-functional project stakeholders to assess project needs and timelines.
- Participates in planning meetings/conference calls as necessary.
- Tracks time and project progress through applicable project management platforms.
- Assesses marketing analytics and applies insights to improve the user experience (UX).
- Troubleshoots web issues using Chrome developers tool and other technologies.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum four (4) years of progressive experience in digital marketing across a range of disciplines, such as websites, email, analytics, campaign metrics, Shopify, WordPress, paid media, tag management, digital asset management, digital integrations, or application programming interface (APIs).
- Prior experience working with WordPress, Elementor Pro, or other web development applications, required.
- Prior experience working with AEM or enterprise CMS, preferred.
- Prior experience troubleshooting websites, CMS, browser, and front-end issues.
Pay Range: $32.85-$35.00/hr
