Restaurant Supervisor Job Description:
The Restaurant Supervisor plays an important role in the overall success of the restaurant by providing team guidance, ensuring guest satisfaction and leading by example. Strong organization, excellent communication and time management are keys to success in this role.
What You Will Do:
- Coach and train team members.
- Ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead by example as a team player motivating others
- Assist in the planning and execution of tasks to contribute to the restaurants overall success.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
About You:
- Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and interact with guests and team members.
- Knowledge and understanding of key functions in a restaurant.
- Enjoy leading and motivating in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and delivering excellent service.
- Able to lift 40lbs, stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach throughout shift.
