Job Title: Industrial Engineer Job Description We are seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to join our Satellite Hardware Manufacturing Team. As an Industrial Analyst, you will be a key team member within our industrial engineering organization, performing time and motion studies to support and execute production system analysis. You will develop data for continuous equipment monitoring to understand the operational performance of capacity-limiting assets, build analytical models of our production processes, and support Lean Manufacturing Adoption efforts. Your role will involve developing work cell level layouts for our factory, ensuring efficient material flow through our production processes. Collaboration with technical and operational personnel is crucial to ensure accurate and insightful data and models for critical investment decisions. You will contribute to building industrial performance roadmaps for production teams, helping them achieve best-in-class manufacturing efficiency and results. Responsibilities

- Perform time and motion studies and report on key findings.
- Build and maintain industrial models for labor, cycle time, and capacity of production processes.
- Capture, summarize, and report on equipment availability data and production performance data, highlighting key actions and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed work cell layouts to optimize material motion.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing improvement activities such as shadow-board development for 5S of work cells and facilitation.

Essential Skills

- Experience in a Manufacturing or Factory setting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio.
- Experience modeling and analyzing production processes, including cycle time analysis, OEE calculation, and capacity analysis.
- Experience performing Time Studies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with space flight hardware manufacturing.
- Experience with Production Simulation (Simio).

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
