Ready to take ownership of projects that shape the communities where people live, work, and shop? We're looking for a driven Project Manager to lead high-impact retail construction, remodel, and development projects from concept through completion. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and leadership teams while driving projects that directly impact business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead multiple construction, remodel, and special projects simultaneously while managing schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
- Review and interpret construction documents, engineering plans, building codes, site requirements, and material specifications.
- Partner with architects, contractors, vendors, landlords, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage change orders, identify recurring issues, and implement process improvements that enhance project efficiency.
- Develop scopes of work, assist with conceptual designs and fixture layouts, and support project planning efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving throughout the design and construction process.
- Identify value engineering opportunities that reduce costs while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Support the training and development of AutoCAD specialists and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What We're Looking For

- Project management experience within construction, engineering, architecture, or related industries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience reviewing construction documents and coordinating with cross-functional project teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of retail construction is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering successful projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $44.23/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
