About this role
Accountabilities:
- Manage a portfolio of individual clients, building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted reference for financial solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s profile, financial objectives, needs, and stage of life to provide personalized recommendations.
- Identify opportunities within the client portfolio by anticipating needs and proactively proposing products and solutions that are appropriate to each customer.
- Maintain strong client engagement and contribute to customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and long-term portfolio development.
- Provide consultative guidance across relevant banking, investment, and financial products based on each client’s circumstances and objectives.
- Monitor economic conditions, financial indicators, market trends, and relevant developments to support informed client recommendations.
- Build trust through consistent, transparent, and value-driven interactions with clients.
- Work toward defined commercial objectives and deliver consistent, measurable results.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand the use of appropriate financial solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Mandatory C-PRO-R and C-PRO I certifications.
- Previous experience in commercial activities and customer relationship management.
- Experience with banking and financial products, particularly investment solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and the ability to interpret economic scenarios and market indicators.
- Demonstrated commercial orientation, with a strong focus on achieving targets and measurable results.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate financial solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with clients.
- Proactive and opportunity-oriented mindset, with strong portfolio management and customer retention capabilities.
- Ability to stay informed about market developments and use relevant insights to support client recommendations.
- CEA certification is desirable.
