About this role
The Management Trainee helps the Restaurant Manager in running the store and achieving targets during the shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily shift operations.
- Monitoring store performance and suggesting improvements.
- Gathering information to support marketing activities and promotions.
- Checking if the store is ready for new products.
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and good store conditions.
- Making sure company standards are followed during the shift.
- Implementing excellent customer service practices.
- Monitoring the performance of service providers and ensuring they meet agreed standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course.
- No work experience required.
