- Analyze why opportunities are won, lost, or stalled, using sales performance data, call observations, and frontline feedback to identify practical opportunities for improving seller performance.

- Build and own the sales enablement roadmap, developing role-specific onboarding, continuous training, coaching, certification, and reinforcement programs that strengthen selling capabilities over time.

- Personally facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching programs, and other enablement initiatives while working directly with sales leaders and frontline representatives through call listening, shadowing, and performance reviews.

- Create and maintain practical sales resources, including playbooks, talk tracks, discovery guides, objection-handling materials, competitive resources, case studies, and other customer-facing enablement content.

- Establish and maintain a centralized source of truth for sales knowledge, ensuring resources remain accurate, approved, relevant, easy to navigate, and designed for practical use during customer conversations.

- Leverage sales enablement and AI-powered tools to make knowledge, training, and coaching easier to access and apply within the daily workflows of sales teams.

- Partner with Sales Operations on enablement requirements for sales tools, processes, and technologies, supporting adoption through effective training and practical resources.

- Define and monitor enablement effectiveness through measures such as ramp time, skill development, resource adoption, productivity, and conversion, continuously testing and improving programs based on measurable outcomes.

- Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical, Legal, Sales Operations, and other teams to prepare sellers for new products, campaigns, processes, and organizational priorities.

Requirements:

- Bring 8–12 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years of progressive frontline sales experience and a demonstrated increase in responsibility, account complexity, channel scope, or seniority.

- Have a strong record of sales performance and the ability to clearly articulate the strategies, behaviors, and practices that contributed to successful outcomes.

- Demonstrate experience selling across or supporting multiple sales audiences or motions, such as high-volume consumer sales, physician partnerships, account management, or enterprise sales.

- Have practical experience developing effective approaches to discovery, positioning, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing, with a strong understanding of pipeline management and progressing customers through a sales cycle.

- Bring experience designing and delivering onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing seller development programs, ideally with exposure to building enablement capabilities from the ground up.

- Be comfortable using sales enablement, learning, content management, call intelligence, or AI-powered tools to improve knowledge access, training, coaching, and seller effectiveness.

- Demonstrate excellent facilitation, coaching, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and actionable.

- Have strong project management skills and the ability to independently take initiatives from an identified business need through development, launch, measurement, and iteration.

- Be able to quickly understand complex products, customer audiences, and different sales motions while adapting enablement approaches accordingly.

- Bring a hands-on working style and willingness to personally create content, deliver training, coach representatives, and address day-to-day enablement challenges.

- Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where programs, processes, and infrastructure are still being developed and scaled.

- Experience with healthcare, regulated, or clinically complex products; both transactional and consultative sales; AI-enabled seller support; Salesforce; sales engagement platforms; learning management systems; call intelligence; or dedicated enablement platforms is a plus.

Benefits:

- Base salary ranging from $120,000–$140,000 CAD in local currency, depending on experience and geographic location.

- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, including mental health coverage.

- Free whole-body scans for eligible team members as part of the organization’s focus on preventative healthcare.

- Flexible vacation policy designed to encourage meaningful time away and recovery.
