Line Cook

Burnt Store Marina, located in Punta Gorda, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Line Cook ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , youll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation : $20.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

- Collects food and beverage products and small wares required for item preparation.

- Handles assigned stations on the line and helps run service.

- Operates food production equipment according to manufacturers' instructions.

- Assists in plating food items for members and guests.

- Notifies Chef in advance of expected product shortages.

- Handles leftover food items as instructed by the Chef.

- Makes sure all items are wrapped, dated, labeled, and stored properly.

- Returns soiled food preparation utensils and small wares to the proper areas.

- Cleans preparation and serving equipment and serving line with the team.

- Cleans assigned workstation areas with the team.

- Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices.

- Keeps walk-ins clean and organized and up to code.

- Sets-up plating line and assists with plating duties.

- Assists with preparation of other food products in any other area of the kitchen as needed.

- Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Chef.

- Works well with others.
