About this role
- University degree in economics
- 3+ years of experience in similar payroll roles
- Advanced English language skills
- Flexibility, proactivity, communicativeness, and problem-solving orientation; ability to work independently
- Proficient use of payroll software – experience with Pantheon, Point and MS Dynamics NAV is preferred but not mandatory.
- Independently handling payroll calculations
- Receiving and processing documentation and communicating with clients
- Maintaining personnel records and handling all related tasks associated with personnel records
- Calculating travel expenses, other income, and preparing JOPPD forms
- Calculating sick leave expenses covered by HZZO, submitting applications for reimbursement from HZZO
- Monitoring and implementing laws and regulations in the fields of payroll and taxation
